Internet Advertising Directory Terms and Conditions.
Introduction
The following Terms and Conditions control your membership in the Internet Advertising Directory program. You agree that you have read and understand this Agreement ("Agreement") and that your membership in the Internet Advertising Directory program (the "Program") shall be subject to the following Terms and Conditions between you (the "Member") and Internet Advertising Directory. These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by Internet Advertising Directory. Please review them from time to time since your ongoing use is subject to the terms and conditions as modified. Your continued participation in Internet Advertising Directory after such modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register to become a member of Internet Advertising Directory.
Terms of Participation
1. Age: Member must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
2. Illegal Activity: Members may not present the Internet Advertising Directory program on any web page, newsgroup, email or any other online or offline distribution method. There is NO referral or affiliate program here at the Internet Advertising Directory, so there is NO NEED to advertise, discuss, or share ANY proprietary content about or regarding the Internet Advertising Directory program!
3. Third-Party Liability: The Internet Advertising Directory will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause members harm.
4. Membership Fee: The Internet Advertising Directory monthly membership fee is just $4.95 US, Non-Refundable. We Accept payments through AlertPay, PayPal, and SolidTrustPay. The exact payment processors may be changed without notice. Each new member must pay the $4.95 monthly membership fee to become an activated member.
5. Cancellation/Termination of membership: Membership at the Internet Advertising Directory program is voluntary and therefore may be canceled at any time by the member. Any member acting unethical or unprofessional may be removed without refund at the sole discretion of JPB Publications, with all future commissions or products usage forfeited. JPB Publications will only cancel/terminate a membership if it’s deemed that the member is operating in conflict with the terms and conditions stated on this entire page. Any membership that is canceled/terminated will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with membership, and ownership of ANY privileges from membership will be reverted back to JPB Publications immediately following members cancellation.
MEMBERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CANCELING THE SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT AT THEIR PAYMENT PROCESSOR, JPB PUBLICATIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CANCELING THE MEMBERS PAYMENT PROCESSORS SUBSCRIPTIONS!
6. Relationship: A member is neither an employee nor an independent contractor of the Internet Advertising Directory, or JPB Publications.
7. Disputes: Agreements shall be interpreted under the laws of Gage County, Nebraska, USA.
8. Copyright Material: All branding, logos, and graphics, and content contained within the Internet Advertising Directory are copyrighted; distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited!
9. Damaging Intent: Any Member who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to the Internet Advertising Directory and/or its members, and/or JPB Publications, or any program owned by JPB Publications, will be terminated from the Internet Advertising Directory. Depending on seriousness, JPB Publications may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.
10. Contact Information: It is the responsibility of members to keep their personal records up to date in the members area. The Internet Advertising Directory or JPB Publications will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in the termination of your membership.
11. Privacy Policy: The Internet Advertising Directory or JPB Publications will never provide personal information about its members to third parties without the consent of the member, unless required by law. The information collected from members is soley for the use of JPB Publications, and will not be sold, rented, or shared to any other company.
12. Earnings Disclaimer: There is no need for an earnings disclaimer, as there is NO referral or affiliate compensation plan associated with the Internet Advertising Directory program.
